My Story
I am a Wealth Strategy Coach and Property Investor.
I spent over 20 years working in "Corporate Land", primarily in the Financial Services sector, in various roles from Clerical Assistant through Financial Adviser to Business Manager.
My career served me well, and provided for a decent standard of living, but I began to realise that working for someone else was not going to give me the financial freedom I wanted, so I decided to change direction and look for another way.
This was when my education in Property began!
I bought a couple of houses, re-furbished them and then sold them on for a profit. I thought this was a good result at the time, but of course, as any sucessful Property Investor will tell you, selling is the last thing you should do if you want to create long term financial security through property.
Anyway, lesson learnt, and I am now continuing to build my own Wealth, and my financial freedom, through property and my business ventures, whilst helping other Investors to do the same.
In line with this I provide practical assistance to Property Investors, by helping them to create their Property Strategy, and by sourcing both UK and Overseas investment opportunities
I am now the Co-Founder and Host of the North East Property Forum, and with this I get to meet with some inspiring people on a regular basis.
At around the same time as I started into Property, I became very interested in Personal Development and Coaching. Remember, I was looking for a new direction in my life!
Being coached myself helped me to get my own life onto a much better path, and it was while I was experiencing the changes in myself that I had a "lights on" moment, and discovered what I truely wanted to do.
I was going to become a Wealth Coach, and help others to create and implement their own strategy for wealth and financial freedom.
Since then, I have graduated as a Master Coach, and I have designed a range of Personal and Business Coaching Programmes to provide solutions to specific needs in different areas and established 9inth Element Coaching & Training
My most recent venture is the creation and launch of the WSW Network which provides support and training for Women who are creating their own financial futures.. This business represents another opportunity for me to empower others to the life they deserve.
So now here I am, working with some incredible people, empowering them to make a real difference in their lives and loving every minute of it!
I have a real passion for coaching and the difference it can make. I know it does, it did it for me! It could for you too!
